"Tile floors look fantastic! They look like new to me. Mark did a great job explaining what the work would entail and spent a lot of time with me during the initial estimate. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. He moved whatever furniture needed to be moved, and worked really hard at getting the cat stains out of the carpet. Those bedrooms look so much better and the smell is gone. He also hit a couple of stains on the stairs that I had overlooked. Then the kitchen - Oh My Word!!! I didn't know the tile was supposed to be this light color, I've never seen it this clean in the whole time we've owned the house. He did a marvelous job with the tile and grout. Super pleasant to deal with, and he takes pride in his work. I will definitely hire him again."
