"Very positive experience. Joe arrived at the scheduled time and was courteous and professional. Access to the problem in my whirlpool tub required pulling carpeting back and creating an access panel. Joe did this at no extra cost and replaced the on/off button within an hour. The bath works great now and I will definitely refer him to others and will call on him again for future repairs.
