"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very good service! I posted my need online and Matt called me at 7:30pm that night and said he had a cancellation the next day and asked if he could come to my home the next morning at 8:15. I agreed and he was prompt, professional, courteous, and completed the job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend his services!!"

"In addition to having a new over-the-range microwave installed, Scott also repaired the digital readout for my gas range. I was amazed that he was able to manhandle the removal of the old microwave and installation of the new one without any help! He was very thorough and made sure he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend his services!"

"I was away from home and my daughter handled this; however, she said he was very professional and had a fair service call price. I have to replace my dishwasher. Was so glad to find A-Fair Appliance Service as not many appliance companies repair Bosch. I replaced my Bosch with a Bosch. I would use this company again."

"Went very well.  The attention to detail was much appreciated!  The work was promised within a certain time period which was met and done with care.  Would recommend services to friends!

"I was completely satisfied with the freezer repair with this repair service . Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. My unit is 14 years old and I was concerned that it may have to replaced. He understood my concerns and diagnosed the problem promptly and had it repaired quickly. The next time that I need an appliance repaired I will definitely contact them. He even gave me a follow up call to see if my freezer was working properly. Nice.....7"

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Great, for any future appliance needs I will use them, thank you. They were on time and I was not surprised about repair cost. They troubleshoot my problem over the phone which was great. They were knowlegable in every way."

"I have had many great experiences with Mr. Smith. He always shows up on time, is friendly, and gets the job done quickly. Everything always looks great, and he even cleans up after himself. I definitely recommend calling Mr. Smith for any project small or large!"
