Ernie who returned my call within a minute, told me what to look for and said he had someone in the area that would be at my house soon (this was Saturday of Easter weekend. This is no joke. They pulled into my driveway 2 minutes later. The fire department can't get to my house that quickly. I was amazed, not only at how quickly they arrived but how they quickly fixed the multiple problems with my door and opener, including placing the double sized door back on the tracks, replacing the door springs which had broken, testing the door and correcting the adjustment so the door would close all the way and open without hitting the motor section of the opener, a problem I have had for some time.
