"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Josh was friendly, professional and prompt! After calling two other companies and being told they wouldn’t be able to service the dryer for 5 days I found Josh on Angies list and he was able to come the same day within 3 hours. He showed up right on time, completed the work same day and even if identified a part that was cracked but hadn’t broken to avoid a future call and gave us some great advice on maintenance etc. He completed the work quickly, cleaned up nicely and guaranteed his work. Would definitely recommend him and hire in the future if we had another appliance need!"

"Our experience with Eric at Home and Appliance Services, LLC was incredibly positive that I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review because I did not want his service to be overlooked. We hired Eric to repair a 6-month-old Thor range that runs on LP whose thermostat went out. Eric was easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions, gave me clear and transparent pricing, had simple scheduling and fast turnaround, offered a very reasonable rate (a little too reasonable so we paid him a little bit more than what he asked for), got our high end appliance working and was able to take electronic payment and send an immediate invoice/receipt so I could get reimbursed from the manufacturer since the appliance was under warranty. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing an appliance repair, especially if your appliance is under warranty. So glad I went with a small business for the job. Thanks Eric!"
