"It was a positive experience and they did a good job. The overall experience was good and they made the bathroom look better. They handled it well. The reason we went with them was because they were local. Their price is a little bit higher than the others."

"I had three interactions with this company. First, on Thanksgiving Day, one of the owners of the company responded to a call and helped troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Second, a service person made a repair to the well system. Third, an office manager called me for payment. In all interactions, the company representative was courteous and professional. The repair made, replacing the pressure tank, was completed well, though in my opinion, very overpriced. However, the repair technician said there was an additional problem in the well, and that if it was deep, they could not fix it. I had to call a second well company to make that repair (Claytons in Fountain Inn, who came quickly and made the repair for a very good price). I think it was reasonable for Pretty in Pink to defer this problem, though it turned out that the well pump was not deep, 80 feet. Bottom line, this company's people were good to work with. However, for well work, they are not able to complete my full service, and I think their rates are too high."

"Assembled my bed with no problem. Very helpful and was available same day."

"it went very well. Very professional and courteous. Called before coming and called when another problem was found and checked with me before repairing. Came in on budget and on time. Would recommend to anyone."

"The air was out in one of our rental houses and we have used Tuck and Howell in the past for our personal home and always had wonderful experiences. We called them and within the hour they were at our rental house figuring out the problem and it was Sunday we couldn't believe how fast and urgent they were to get there after hours! They were very polite and urgent to find and fix the problem! We were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC needs or problems!

"Great job! Hard workers, on time and will definitely have them do additional work needed. Highly recommend!"

"A team from Dipple Plumbing was able to do the work on the same day I called. Their truck contained all the tools, replacement parts, and pipes needed to finish the job. The plumbers were polite, professional, and cleaned up the work area in the kitchen afterwards. I would gladly call them again for any future plumbing work."

"It was fabulous and Jacob impressed me. Jacob was meticulous in ascertaining the leveling problem, explained what he wanted to do to correct the problem, made some swing safety recommendations, told me a fair and reasonable quote, and went to work. He actually ended up moving the swing back a good bit for safety reasons. We we're delighted with his work, his friendliness, and his work ethic. I have 29 other projects and Jacob gets all my business."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
