The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"The foundation of our home was repaired/adjusted by FCS by the previous owners, and therefore was under warranty when we purchased it. We called FCS out about a year after purchase as we started noticing cracks forming in the walls and near doorways. Gerardo came out and took measurements and confirmed that adjustments were needed. The crew did an excellent job! They were quick and courteous while the work was performed and afterwards, you could hardly tell anything had happened. Everything was put back in it's place. We had such a great experience with this warranty repair, that we decided to use FCS to replace our badly crumbling driveway. While the weather caused schedule delays, Gerardo kept in contact until it was finally possible to begin the work. Again, the crew was professional and did an amazing job with the demo/removal and pouring the new driveway and four turnaround pads. They also graded the driveway so that it better fit the space and allowed our gate to close without issues. We had some minor concerns with areas that needed further cleanup, but Gerardo was very responsive and had someone out almost immediately to resolve. We are very happy with the new driveway and definitely recommend FCS! If we have future needs, we'll definitely work with them again."
