"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I did a request through Angie’s list. He called immediately and set an appointment, same day. He arrived promptly on time. He is very polite, very professional. Fixed my ice maker; come to find out one of my kids had just turned it off by pressing the button. he was straight up honest and upfront about it. He did not even try to say anything was wrong or I need something I didn’t need. Thank you so much for the honesty and wonderful customer service. Nancy"

"Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement.  Extraordinary customer relations.

Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

"Juan Murillo and John Guerrero were very conscientious in doing their work.  There was a leak that was causing a water issue in the furnace pan.  They were able to isolate the issue that I will be able to get a handyman to repair it.  I  value their work ethic.
They did a fine job for me as I am a widow and they ensured that my furnaces will perform for the winter months without issues!
WONDERFUL SERVICE!."

"Previous evening a 1/2 inch water line blew the valve and flooded the house.  Lone Star came out the next morning at the early time of the window they gave, did the repair quickly and made sure all was working well before they left.  Job was covered by a home warranty.

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"They usually charge $70 for a service call; however since my problem was minor and didn't take much time, they charged me $60 instead. We are seniors and every little bit helps."
