"We were wanting a screened in porch and connected with Tim who showed us samples of the products they offered. We were guided on colors and how we could get the add on built properly. He gave us a detailed quote and contract on the spot and was easy to work with. The manufacturer took some time, but once the concrete was poured and the materials arrived, our builder, Lee did a fantastic job in getting the construction done well and promptly. The room is beautiful and the screens are very sturdy with our winds, but they don’t obstruct the view outside. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our room and use it every day! I happily give 5 stars for this project and the people we worked with directly. The production manager (PJ) did not communicate well at all. So he’s not being reviewed in this case. I would recommend the quality of this project and the subcontractors who did the work to anyone interested in a sunroom or screened in porch"
