"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"Plumber was very honest. Was able to fix the situation without using a snake, which ended up saving money."

"They were very knowledgeable, explained everything carefully in great detail, and came promptly because of a gas leak. I would recommend them highly for any kind of water heater problem."

"I can't say enough about DB's Plumbing. I called in the morning, had a return call within hours and they were at my house that night. 24 hours later, the new hot water heater was installed! Price beat all others. Duncan was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. DB Plumbing is now my GO TO PLUMBER!"

"Professional and courteous installation of the attic fan. Also Identified and corrected an electrical problem with my circuit board."

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."

"Air Force One Heating and Cooling is the best. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. You won’t be sorry if you hire them."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."
