When completed, he tested the water, explained the temp controls, and where to turn the water off in case of an emergency. Everything was complete, and he departed at 3p. I am perfectly satisfied! Mr. Lal Zaua was responsive to my needs, treated me and my home with respect, and made sure that I understood everything before he started the job. Thank you so much!"
