"Working with ARHT Home Solutions in the Damascus Maryland area has been a very pleasant experience. We had our roof damaged due to a storm. My wife and I are no experts when it comes to roofs. Michael from ARHT Home solutions always made time day or night to explain and answer all our questions. ARHT assigned different team members for each step of the way, making it very easy to file a claim through insurance as well as installing our weather wood colored GAF HDZ Architectural Shingles. At the beginning we did not know the differences of the installations and types of shingles there are, by the end we were able to understand the whole process and materials used. I give 10/10 to ARHT home solutions, the team and materials used which were top notch. I highly recommend them!"

"The pricing from Krause Construction was higher than competitors but I felt confident they were the best company to complete the jobs to my satisfaction and with a high quality of craftsmanship. I had two projects completed by Krause Construction - (1) redesigning rain runoff pipes and (2) covering patio posts and covering step facing with weather resistant material. Both jobs were done professionally with a very satisfying outcome. Troy and his staff did a fantastic job on the rain runoff pipe project. He explained every step of the job and was onsite the entire time while the job was being done. I had complete in his team to complete the project with a much more efficient design than what I initially had. 
The second job (covering patio posts and stair facing) was also completed to my satisfaction. I was not on the property to consult with the workers on how the work would be accomplished but was satisfied with the outcome. There were a couple areas that I asked the workers to redo and they responded quickly to my requests. I also asked that the worker return to the property to answer a couple questions pertaining to how they completed the job and he took the time to come by the same morning (on a weekend) to explain why he completed the project the way he did. He was very professional and provided a very concise explanation to my questions.
I have asked Troy to provide another estimate for landscaping work. Office and labor staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful during the course of both projects. They were very prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions.Both projects were completed with minimal disruption of property and they always left the job site picked up each night until the job was completed.

Communication was great from beginning to end, we were informed of the job progress every day they were on site. "Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."
