"I reached out to this company for a sump pump upgrade and a cracked wall repair. The technician who did my install was very polite and informative. We've had several big storms since my installation was done and I'm happy to say my basement has remained totally dry. I'm very glad I chose this company, I would recommend them to anyone in need of help with their basement!"

"The entire Affordable Basement Waterproofing team are exceptional. From Monica and Kelly in the office to the Inspector, Ken, and the 3 exceptional gentlemen who came to our house to fix our Basement Foundation Leak; this is one of the most professional, helpful home repair / improvement teams that have ever done work on our home. Thanks a million Affordable Basement Waterproofing."

"I had a great experience with Best Buy waterproofing. I contacted them for inspection due to water rising underneath my tile in the basement. They responded very quickly and had someone out for the inspection a day later. Ed completed my inspection and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process. He didnâ t try to scare me into getting any services and was very patient with me. Any questions I had he was on it and available. When I made my final decision it was quick and a painless process. The crew cleaned up well and walked me through the work they had done. They installed a new drain and sump pump. Might I add they made my installation very esthetic by placing the line in the wall to hide the pipes when the dry wall is replaced. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

"Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate."

"I had a french drain with sump pump installed in JAN 2023. I am happy with the remediation and the resolution given on March 2023."

"They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and solved our leak issue in the basement. Great job!"

"Crew came on 3/4/13 to re do the drainage system installed 2 years ago and they mixed the cement outside on a brand new stone patio leaving huge white stains behind that will never come off

"extremely pleased with this company - beginning with the prompt estimate appointment, a thorough review of our water and mold situation and an estimate prepared and reviewed with me before he left. After comparing to 3 other companies, the choice was very clear. They could eliminate the mold inside AND address the source of the water problem outside. The work was scheduled for the same week, and the crew was very professional. They treated our home with great care, and completed the work in the time promised, leaving it as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. We are very happy with their work, and would definitely recommend!"
