So when our door started not to open correctly, I called Omar to come and check it. He told me the drive motor was beginning to go, and that it might continue to work ok for weeks or months or years and would then just stop working altogether. He gave me a quote for a similar replacement. After a few weeks the door was just not opening smoothly, so I called Omar back and he came out within 24 hours. He brought with him the original unit he quoted for, and a Liftmaster 8550WLB, which had a bigger motor, drive belt (v's chain) and WIfI capability. It was $75 more expensive than the one he originally quoted, but cleary offered a lot more features - including the capability to check to ensure if the door has been left open. Without feeling pressured to select it, I chose the 8550, and Omar had it fitted within a couple of hours. He also checked and lubricated the rest of the operating system. As previously, I highly recommend TBG for any of your garage door needs."
