"So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better."

"$3K for Cavitation, Chaos, and Zero Integrity I paid $3,000 expecting professional-grade pool plumbing and got contractor-grade garbage instead. They installed a janky suction line layout with multiple sharp 90° elbows before the pump, causing cavitation anytime I pull from one line. They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself."

"With the guidance of Z&Z we were able to totally update our pool, cool deck, and equipment. Ozzie and his team of professional installers worked hard to move the project along. Some spring showers caused delays but we were always kept informed. The work area was kept clean. The first order of business was to repair a leak at the skimmer. Once that was done, Z&Z prepped the pool for replacing the old waterline tile and replastering. We were provided with a number of plaster options and encouraged to consider add-ins that we didn't know existed. The results are amazing! The coping is gorgeous travertine that will be sealed with a gloss finish to show off its texture and colors. The cool deck was updated and a lingering problem from the original pool construction (the electrical line from the light was placed above the deck but once hidden by a diving board removed long ago) was addressed. We can't wait for swim season! Pricing was transparent and fair. We recommend Z&Z to anyone looking for a solid company that provides great service."

"Paid $75 Deductible through American Homeshield to sub contract Me.Rooter Plumbing Scam: Martin, with Mr. Rooter arrived & used a camera underneath the home to try & diagnose the leak issue in the laundry room. He didn't do anything else to figure out the cause of the leak. His repair quote was for $8,500 & when he was told that seemed high for the repair, he said the best he could do it for was $6,500. He immediately referred a water damage company to access the damage at no charge. That company said water damage was $2,200. We called another reputable plumber to get a second opinion & they immediately identified a cracked pipe in the P Trap and repaired all for $201. They also stated there was no major water damage. MR. Rooter conducted unethical business practices & provided fraudulent information"
