"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. "First they had to find why water was rapidly dripping from the kitchen ceiling; it was not obvious as to the problem. They eventually found that the drains from all the upstairs fixtures in two full bathrooms were backing up, so it had to be the main drain pipe. They eventually got it cleared after trying heavy duty drain clearers, but eventually had to use a heavy duty snake. The toilets had to have their seals replaced due to the pressure forcing water through them, and several seals in the drain pipes had to be repaired. About half of the kitchen ceiling had to be replaced. The plumbing work took a long time, but I can't judge if someone else could have found the problem more quickly. The kitchen ceiling repair was done perfectly."
