"All work was done beautifully. Other than the fact that I need to paint the area, you can't tell there was ever cracks in the wall or seams. Work was performed diligently and professionally. Tarps were put down and the area was thoroughly cleans upon completion. This is my second time using their services, but for a different type of repair. Will definitely be using their services again. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Plus, the owners are good to work with and very accommodating."

"We bought the whole water system from these guys. The issue has been the water supply because it is a well and it is low pH and acidic. The corrosion was constantly eating through the part of the system where it neutralizes the pH. So everything after the neutralizer was okay because the pH had been neutralized. Prior to that, it was subjected to being corrosive so I was pushing for years, because they were putting sub standard parts in and we were getting mini floods, to put stainless steel in there. It cost a little extra, but this time they came in and put some stainless steel or whatever he could find, because it was less likely to corrode. Even though it is a challenging system, we did spend a lot of money six years ago on this water system, the pump, the units, then on top of that, we have already been through two water heaters because of the corrosiveness. I can't hold all of it against them, but the part where it's getting corroded, they did come out and fix it. We know what the problem is, but they need to find something creative to fix it before there's another flood."

"Henry is fantastic. Last year, I found BAR through Angie's list. Henry replaced an older AC unit for a fraction of what the bigger named outfits were charging. However, before doing so, he made every attempt at making the old unit work in an effort to save me money. Throughout the experience, it was very clear that he was doing everything in an honest effort to save me money and avoid replacing big ticket items. Now , any time I have an issue with my heating or Ac, he comes the next day. The guy is a work horse. He comes on Sundays, holiday weekends, etc. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Dealing with BAR has been the single most professional and enjoyable experience I have had while attempting to keep up with my 120 year old money pit of a home. Use them. You won't be disappointed. Having tried a few of the bigger name hvac companies in the area, I can tell you that BAR is head and shoulders above them in price and, most importantly, service. A+ Jim"

"First off, the electrician who came out was fantastic. Dan was on-time and got the work done without any issues. As you can select the person that comes out, I would highly recommend him to those who book on the site. He was also helpful in sorting out the billing issue... As has been noted by others, the pricing and the deal listed on here (service call and 30 minutes for $99) is not as clear as it should be. The company website has some additional costs that are easy to miss when you book and how it is written on the deal does not reflect that (or could be described as being a bit unclear and unspecified). They (through Dan's efforts) were able to knock off the materials cost when I paid, but I still had to pay an additional $29.50 for the fleet maintenance fee (at time of sale; this was later refunded). Again, this is unclear in the Angie's list deal and I imagine people miss this and the materials fee when they book as they assume the Angie's deal includes this. I spoke with the office after the service call to discuss the clarity of the deal for future customers, and said they would work with Angie's list to make this clearer in the deal, which I think has been the main issue other recent reviews have had a problem with. I would use their services again, but most likely just for larger electrical jobs."
