"Jim knows what he is doing and is very resourceful/creative at solving difficult problems.  He has been updating my 45 year old home since last summer.  If you expect a rigid 9a - 5p schedule, that may be difficult due to his purchasing of supplies, crew scheduling, and so on, but he will be there and do what needs to be done to get the job completed well.  Jim does not have a problem with fix-it/touch-up issues which may arise after the big job is done.  I recommend Jim highly and have other future projects, which he will be doing  as well.  In addition, Jim has replaced a outdoor basement window-well, custom built shelving/garden station in the garage, power washed the house exterior . . . the list is long! <br />"

Granite Creations let us take home several nice sized samples and keep them as long as we needed. Other stores charged by the inch for the edging but with these folks had multiple styles that they did for free. They also included a nice stainless steel sink. "I contacted Closet + Room Solutions via their Web site.    Beth, the designer, contacted me by e-mail within a day or so, and we scheduled an in-home consultation within a week.  Beth arrived on time, measured my closets, talked to me about what I wanted, and sat down right there with her laptop to produce designs for the space.  She showed me the designs, and we discussed and altered them  in accordance with my preferences.  <br /> <br /> After the in-home consultation, Beth e-mailed me the designs and a contract.  We met on a Friday afternoon, and she sent me the materials on the following Monday.  I had a second estimate with another company set for Tuesday, so I delayed a decision.  Beth contacted me once to see if I had any questions. I did, and she answered them immediately. <br /> <br /> I decided, based on both design and price, to hire Closet + Room Solutions.  They scheduled the installation within a week of the time I made the decision. <br /> <br /> The gentleman who did the installation arrived on time and performed the services exactly as I hoped he would.  He removed the existing closet fixtures and installed the new ones, including a closet door for one of the closets.  He also took away all the building materials he had removed from the closets, and said that Closet and Room Solutions could have the materials recycled. <br /> <br /> The work was performed well, in a timely fashion, and exactly in accordance with the contract.  <br /> <br /> I paid half of the cost up front (when I signed the contract), and half upon installation of the closets. <br /> <br /> This was a very satisfactory experience. I recommend Closet + Room Solutions, and I would use them again if I decide to have more work done."
