"Micah did a great job fixing our shower that was leaking and also replaced our kitchen faucet! He did a great job very thoughtful!"

"They did not try to sell me on something I didn't need. Very honest and upfront and will use them in the future."

"Jason and his crew are prompt, polite, professional and proficient in everything they have done for us. We are full time homeowners in New Buffalo and also have 3 other rental properties, Jason and his team have worked on them all. From broken pipes, to sewer back ups, sump pump replacements and smaller jobs such as fixture changes and unfortunately everything in-between. While any plumbing situation can become a physical as well as a financial disaster it’s comfortable to know that Jason will have your back and assure you that everything will be ok. We highly recommend Jason’s company to everyone in the community."

"Steve was very professional and responded very quickly to the estimate request. He scheduled the work within 2 weeks of his estimate. He answered all my questions as they came up (and I had a lot of questions). The work was billed as estimated. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to my neighbors."

"Wow!! Steve is awesome!! Was here in about an hour (and it is the say after Xmas) and fixed my kitchen sink pipe. He was quick, efficient and professional as well as super nice. Price was great too! Will use him for all my plumbing jobs!!"

"I went to their place of business, with pictures of the items to be done.  They gave me a quote and agreed to come out the next day.  He called and came early.  He completed the work (which has held.), but he said it took longer than anticipated and charged us an additional $20.  Two of the unions were behind a tub fixture.  After he left we noticed that he had twisted the fixture and one handle stuck out farther than the other and the tub and shower faucets were slightly crooked.  Now apparently with newer fixtures you can screw the cover at the wall on tightly and it will adjust for the problem, but this was an older fixture and those covers are loose.  We called him back and asked him to fix the problem.  He did tell us to screw it on tightly, but we informed him that was not possible with this fixture.  Then he said he couldn't verify that the fixture wasn't that way when he started so he would not fix it.  I had looked at his reviews on YELP before calling him and gave him benefit of the doubt when he said he would have resolved other customers concerns had he known, but now that seems unlikely.
