Matthew called Sunday morning, was here by early afternoon and had everything cleaned out and replaced quickly. "First they didn't show as scheduled. We hired them to capture groundhogs that were in the ditch. For some reason they placed the traps up in the yard. You would think after not catching something they would have moved the traps to the ditch where their burrow was but did not. After 7 days they remove the traps without catching anything or showing any effort to do so. Poor communication between them. What a joke."

"Trapper Jack said they were going to remove skunk droppings from under my house. Technician came out and said he removed all the droppings . It was not until later when I had someone else doing work under the house and I was told there were alot of animal droppings under the house. I contacted the tech from TJ on March 8th and he said he would "get out asap, probably tomorrow".( I was surprised that he basically admitted he did not get all of the droppings the first time!) Did not hear anything. Texted back on April 10th but no response. Called again on April 17th and tech told me they were busy and I would have to wait and he would be out as soon as he could. I told him I had already paid and shouldn't I take priority? He got upset and hung up on me. I then called the company and asked for the owner to please call me. No response. Trapper Jack told me in the beginning how dangerous it was for my health if the droppings weren't removed and then they did not remove them all!"
