"David and his father are true professionals and craftsmen! The gates look like they belonged in our home all along! An absolute perfect match!! Their attention to detail is impeccable! We were always in contact and if there were any delays, David informed me. They gave us everything we had hoped for and more. The “more” being that they made them automatic/soft-closing by putting a storm door hinge thing on them so our toddler could use them and the gates would quietly close behind him preventing younger siblings from following. Genius! They are not cheap, but these men know their worth, and these gates were worth every penny we paid! I gave a B for punctuality because I would get a time, or window, of arrival, and they were usually about 20 min or so late, but since I don’t work, it was no big deal. I have no problem waiting on greatness, but wanted to leave an accurate review. If you’re looking for woodworkers, look no further!!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Gulf Coast Deck Builders for the exterior painting, deck rebuild, and installation of hurricane braces on our home in Galveston Island. After reaching out to two other companies, we ultimately decided to go with Gulf Coast Deck Builders, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Steve Smith, the representative who assessed our home, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He understands the nuances of the elements in our coastal environment--specifically, the impact of humidity, salt air, and the corrosion that can affect beach houses. Based on this understanding, he provided valuable recommendations and expanded the scope of the job, ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable with the plan. What impressed us most was Steve's attention to detail and his commitment to excellence. He made sure that the work was completed on time and within our budget, all while adhering to the original quote. It's"

"Sunlite replaced my roofs in Katy and Galveston. They also replaced my siding, fascia, and soffits. They painted the exterior of my Katy home. They installed my back door. They’ve done a phenomenal job! The owner is a great communicator and trustworthy. I’d keep using them."

"Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."

He is very professional and easy to work with. He also shows a great deal of respect for your home by covering furniture that may get dusty/dirty with plastic and cleaning up after the job. We will definitely call Mr. Gonzalez when we need work done in the future."

"Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. We have had neighbors complement how our house looks now, and we will definitely recommend this company to others. We would do business with them again."

"Polo and his team provided excellent, high quality work! The job included pouring a concrete slab and construction of a 10' x 22' sunroom with 9' ceiling, installation of French doors, glass panels and windows, electrical lighting and ceiling fans, as well as putting in porcelain tile flooring and painting the exterior of the new room and added gutters and moved drain lines. The addition included a gable roof line that went into an existing gable roof with flawless results! We are thrilled with the new addition and already have plans for a second project that is scheduled to start in mid July! We are very happy---THANK YOU, Polo!!!"
