"Absolute waste of time and money. I scheduled a very simple job - replace two exterior wall sconces (porch lights) with two new ones. The old ones work fine, we just want to update the look. Scheduled service for a date and time and acknowledged there is a $69 service/trip fee which is waived if you have them do the work; no problem. They even called day-of to see if tech could come out earlier than scheduled, which worked fine. When tech arrived, I explained the very straightforward job I wanted done. He looked over the new parts, and I thought we'd be good to go. Then he said that before he did anything he had to do a "safety inspection." An hour later he quoted me a multi-thousand dollar bid to replace all sorts of equipment I had no interest in replacing. And the simple job, if he did just that, would be over $550. I declined, and so it cost me $69 to have no work done and waste my time. I will either do this myself or find a local handyman. Avoid this company like the plague."

We offer sales/Installation of high quality electronics that match the big box stores. Difference between us is smaller margains and much better service and installation!. Plus, after the job you can get us with a phone call and actually talk to the people that did the work! We are a small company that is 95% word of mouth. So making customers happy beyond the job is important.

The reason we took so long to replace it was we were concerned about the look and the difficulty replacing a cable that was literally built into the structure so it couldn’t be pulled through. MediaTech found a routing that looked planned and hidden even though space was tight in the attic. Result: looks good and no more TV interference and inoperable modems."
