"This company was recommended to me by a friend who also had work done. <br /> When he came for the estimate he had samples and left a written estimate. Door was installed and the old door/tracks were removed and hauled away and my garage was left clean. The final cost was exactly as written on the estimate. Very professional and personable. I was not home for the installation so he came back when I got home and went over maintainance and warranty information with me. I have climbing roses growing up one side of the garage door and over the top. He managed to work around the prickly vines so I didn't have to cut them back. I would definitely recommend this company."

I called and left a voice mailto let them know what happened and to see how fast they could come out to fix it, and stated it should be under warranty. I called when they opened the next morning at 6:45am, and they said they would have someone out within the hour. They came out and replace the spring with a smaller gauge spring that he said would lessen the impact of the door closing against the garage floor. The repair was done quickly and done well. When I contracted with them I knew they would not be able to start my project until November 3rd, 2013. I waited 8+ months and the wait was well worth it! They gave me an exact timeline of how long the project would take and they were right on. They discussed every detail with me...even some details I wasn't sure about they made suggestions and helped me decide what would be best. I never hesitated about leaving them in my home while we were away. Although a project of this size has your home disorganized, they straightened the work area every day before they left. I could not have been more pleased. The attention to detail, quality of paint and their fine work, my kitchen cabinets are amazing.
