They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes. "Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

"My AC unit had completely stopped working. I called in the morning and Yurik was able to come by in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and changed it. He advised me that freon was low but said no need to add at this time. He also advised me that blower fan was blowing at low rpms and may need to be replaced in the future, but again suggested that nothing needed to be done at this time.  I felt very confident in his assessment of the problems and will definitely use him in the future for all my HVAC needs.
