They did a great job of explaining to me what needed to be fixed and they even took the time to completely look at the issue before giving me a quote. Unlike a different company that just came out, looked at the shower without even looking at the problem and wanted to charge me $2100. I would highly recommend the Sewer Surgeon to anyone.
