"Alex did an outstanding job of cleaning and polishing our white Corian countertops. He is detailed oriented, thorough, and highly technically proficient. While quoting the countertops I solicited his feedback on re-grouting a tile shower. He did an outstanding job on the grout work as well. On both projects I felt he he took extra time and effort to make sure the work was done right. He charged exactly as quoted even though he addressed cosmetic details in other parts of the kitchen and bathroom (calking) that were not part of the initial scope. Overall a great bargain considering the level of expertise and man-hours expended."

"We wanted to replace our old laminate countertops with granite.  We visited several places, including full service Kitchen design shops, but I have worked with someone over the years who could handle most of the handy-man type tasks, so for us, simply going to a fabricator, like NCO was the best idea.  I found them on Angie's list, and we stopped in.  From that very first meeting, Janneth and Celine took excellent care of us.  It was very cool to walk through their work area, and see the guys finishing off other jobs.  Janneth walked us out to where various granite slabs were waiting for other customers' jobs.  There was enough variety that we were able to decide what colors and types of pattern in the stone would work best in our kitchen.  She gave us a rough estimate, based on something we really liked, and gave us all the contact information, addresses and websites for their suppliers.  Over the next week, we visited several, and chose two for NCO to provide us with better estimates.
While we weren't 100% sure about either, Janneth and Celine worked with a couple additional suppliers, and knowing what we were looking for, emailed a photo of a slab which had just come in to one, that was about $5/sq ft less than what we'd been looking at.   We drove out there the next day, and when we saw it in person, we knew immediately that it was what we wanted.  We chose two slabs and called NCO back to tell them that those were what we wanted.
We had to replace the cabinets that made up our island, and when our cabinets came in and we had the old ones taken out and new ones installed, NCO sent out Osvaldo to make final measurements.  He was very professional and excellent about answering several questions we had.  The next day, I went over to NCO to confirm which sink we wanted installed in the new island, and gave Celine a check for half, with the balance due upon installation.  Within a week, our counter tops were delivered and installed.    We called a plumber, who reinstalled our dishwasher, plumbed the new sink (with a new disposal we'd purchased separately), and by 6PM that evening the job was completely done.
The kitchen looks stunning.   I can't believe we waited this long to make a much needed upgrade to our kitchen, but once we made the decision, I was thrilled that everything went so quickly and efficiently.

"They came when they said they would.  Cleaned up every day.  All workers very friendly and professional.  Provided a designer at the beginning to help select colors and materials.  Stephanie did a great job helping us and we now have a beautiful kitchen!"

"a) Very good job cleaning a white upholstered sofa. Significant improvement in appearance. b) The deck restoration wash was not very successful. We had expressed our desire to have a deck wash to remove algae/mildew and then stain the whole deck. The deck wash removed dirt but not the algae/mildew. As a result of the deck wash, the deck "furred up" (wood fibers raised), so that it would not be possible to stain without sanding the whole deck. Fairway Home Detail offered to sand the deck for an additional $200 so that we could stain the deck. We are not happy because they did not point out the risk of this happening and now we have a deck that looks terrible and cannot be stained. There were multiple communication mix-ups, and we decided not to pursue further service with Fairway on this matter because we just did not have the confidence that they would do a good job with sanding/staining."

"The tile in bathroom shower had a thick coating (scum) on the bottom that I was unable to remove.  Also some of the tiles were cracked and needed new grout placed between them. He removed several of the tiles on the floor along the seam where water had gotten beneath and did necessary repair.  He was meticulous with the quality of his work and did not take breaks.  He was punctual and very responsive to any questions or suggestions.  He also applied grout along the back of my kitchen counter where it had loosened and where it met the backsplash.  He worked nonstop for a day and a half and charged only $375.00 for the shower restoration (looks like a new shower) and $40.00 for the kitchen work.  He was aIways professional and I  definitely would use him again in the future.

"Tile back splash had been added under the hanging cabinets in the kitchen after the home was built.  I was worried that removing the original back splash that is part of the counter tops would break the tile or create an uneven line that would look terrible.
I was wrong.
Removal of the existing counter tops only took about 45 minutes.  There were 11 pieces of granite needed to complete the job.  The team worked very well and was very professional.
I had gotten two other estimates from other vendors (in Wake Forest).  One quoted a price of $5300 and told he could not
guarantee that kitchen tiles would not broken.  Another quoted a price of $4750 - with 60 percent down BEFORE the work started.
These quotes were for just the kitchen work only and did not include the bathroom.
Leuman (Leo) Perez did not ask for a deposit.
We visited the showroom in Angier - it is inside the production facility.  IT is small but it works - and you can walk outside and select your piece of granite."
