"Footprints is amazing!! My husband and I just bought our first home and it’s a bit older with hardwood floors that required refinishing and staining, some of the boards also needed replacement. We shopped around for a few quotes and scheduled a few in person meetings. Arnett, the owner of the company, came out to our new home perfectly on time to look around and create an estimate for us. The other company didn’t even show up. Not only that, but Arnett is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He is highly responsive and so easy to work with.
