"My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."

"Russ came by to take a look at my job the first of April. He made it sound like it would be an easy job that he'd be able to complete that week. He said he would send me a written bid. I never received a written bid and had to contact him numerous times to inquire about the completion of the work. There was a period of over two weeks when I didn't hear from him at all. I was inconvenienced numerous times by being told they were coming to do the work and then no one showed up. Job finally completed on Saturday, May 3. I have a feeling that Russ might be trying to take on more work than he can handle."
