We got the dream kitchen my wife has only waited 30-plus years for, and it was worth the wait. Matt and Celina were very efficient, responsive, pleasant and punctual (much more likely to be early than late). Even during a pandemic, he was great at keeping the project moving forward. "The contractor was very responsive and friendly and professional.  He kept me informed of the progress of his work.  The door was a special order because of the odd size and took a couple of weeks to arrive which was expected and when it did arrive he installed it in a timely manner and it fit into the non-standard size opening very nicely.  For the $299 I paid I thought the door could have been primed and the new door hardware installed but that was left up to me to complete.  It made sense for me to purchase the door knob on my own and match keys to existing house locks but I could have done that ahead of time and had them install it if I would have known ahead of time.  I still have to complete the job of correctly installing the strike plate (?) and was hoping not to have to do any of that but the major work of ordering and hanging the door was done GREAT and made the job of priming, painting and lock install seem minor.

"GR construction was fantastic the whole way through our basement and Master bathroom remodel. Visited with us multiple times on front end to assure the plan was what we wanted, and then executed the plan very well. Handled small hiccups and obstacles well and in a collaborative way. They followed up abs fixed a couple small issues, and were very respectful, clean, and professional the whole way. Highly recommend!!!"

It was a little tough getting workers in to do the job, due to the high demand of labor. This problem and the delay in getting started after demo, created a longer process than we would have liked. However, the end result was great and we really enjoy the final results."

"Very great work, we are very happy with how the project turned out and Chris really went above and beyond helping us to feel happy in our new home. Chris was great about helping with other minor projects along the way and would stay until wee hours of the night just to make sure he was staying on time with the project. Our only frustrating part was him asking for more money before the project was completed but we did come to understand that he has bills to pay at the end of each month and does rely on this for that so we came to understand. He was honest throughout and I never felt like he was not giving us honest work. For the price, it was worth what he was able to do to update our home!"
