"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Jerry was able to come the day that I contacted him. He had the dryer parts that he needed with him and got it fixed in short order. I would recommend him to friends."

"Steve was able to fix a recurrent freezer problem that I was having. He knew what the issue was during the initial phone call. He also cleaned out my dryer venting. Work was thorough, and he answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and hire again."

"Our washer broke on a Saturday night and we were having a house showing the next day. Dan was able to come out Sunday morning last minute and diagnose the problem. Very happy with Dan's service. Dan diagnosed both problems quickly and worked with us on getting the part. Once the part arrived, he came out right away. Very personable and knowledgeable."

"The response time was great and repair corrected the initial problem. Unfortunately something else needed attention which was costly but they gave me options and their opinion of what would be my best for an 18 year old washer. Very honest and I highly recommend them."

"Very pleased with promptness of service and professionalism. Repair person also came with gloves and mouth covering so I felt very secure with him doing repair work in my condo. Would strongly recommend for all aspects of appliance work, especially during this virus situation."

"Jeff responded immediately to the initial call. My work hours are not flexible and I was delighted that Jeff was willing to visit the house that very night around 6 p.m. That night, he got the dryer working temporarily until the correct part could be obtained. Returned a few days later with the replacement part and completed installation. The invoice includes parts and labor only. No flat fee for the first visit, or additional fee for locating the uncommon replacement part."
