"The ordering and installation processes were great! The salesman visited our house and helped us select stain for the new windows that matched our existing trim. The windows and replacement trim were stained prior to installation. The salesman, measuring expert, and installation crew were friendly, on time, and very professional. The installation involved no surprises and was completed in the order of our requests. We paid a small fee for the installation crew to remove and reinstall all hardware for the drapes and blinds and it was definitely worth it. The interior and exterior weatherproofing was a plus. "These guys are excellent. Their estimate was accurate and fair. We looked at four different companies and this is the only one that assessed the problem correctly. We had exterior French doors installed by another contractor and he did damage to the door, and it wouldn't close correctly. We had to deal with this for six months before giving up and hiring these guys. They started the job ahead of schedule and did very nice work."
