"I had complex issues in my basement resulting in repeated flooding, and in a couple of cases extreme. I had several waterproofing companies out to help solution, Atlas's proposal was by far the most thoughtful and thorough. Everyone I interacted with was super professional and courteous. The work was done on time and as expected, my property was left clean and back together."

"We had our basement waterproofed last year and were very happy. This year's project was adding two support beams. Again, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the people we dealt with. Both Gunnar and his team and Perfecto were skilled, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend."

"He answered all our questions about our basement and the outdoor water problem in our yard."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Real Seal in July 2024. They fixed a bowing foundation and waterproofed the basement for future finishing. Their team was prompt, respectful, organized and thoroughly educated us on the drainage tile system, installation process and prevention. Thank you, Real Seal for being the flawless first step to our dream basement/family space!"

"I found this company to be honest and very knowledgeable about foundation issues. They not only found the problem and fixed it, they did so without leaving a mess. 1 week after they made the outside repair, no could tell were they dug the hole and back filled it."

"I needed the sill plate and rim joist replaced, sister in the joist in the front of our house. They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. I would recommend Chicago Basement Solutions to anyone who needs work done in their crawl of basement."

"This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great."
