"We had Rochester Renovation do many projects in our home, one after the other. The list includes the master bathroom, common area bathroom, basement shower, a finished laundry area, finishing a room in the basement, a drop ceiling in the laundry and finished room area, replacing paneling and slate flooring in a split level stairwell with drywall and tile flooring and replacing recessed flourescent lighting, in a workout room, with recessed lights and repairing the drywall ceiling where the flourescent lights used to be. An exterior door, in the workout room, was enlarged and a window was added where ther hadn't been one before. A window was also added to the basement bathroom where there hadn't been one before. One window in the master bathroom and two windows in the finished basement room were enlarged. Headers had to be installed for all but the finished basement windows. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is impressive and we were very pleased with the work."

He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."
