"The tech who came to service our furnace was outstanding in his customer service. He took care of the furnace and asked if I wanted to have our tankless water heater serviced. I realized that we hadnâ t had it serviced since it was installed so we decided to flush it out. It seemed expensive to me but was probably in line with what other companies would charge. I was very pleased with his mask usage, distancing, work, and customer service. Based on this and my prior experience with this company, I feel very comfortable recommending them."
