"Showed up on time, respectful of owners property, cleaned up afterwards and provided reasonable charges. What else could you ask for?!"

"They are prompt, Bill did an excellent work. Work expeditiously and perfectly. Gave me a huge military discount way more than most of us Military can expect from any company. And he did not charge me for an emergency call service. I just found my most favorite Plumber in the whole Illinois and Wisconsin, that is Bill from Drain R US. This is the only service company that I felt so good when Bill left after fixing the problem. Bill is honest, kind, and know exactly what to do to fix the problem. He ahowed me what he did. He even advised me how to make minor changes in order to make the sump pump work even better. Thank you so much Drain R US for sending Bill to us. You just got another new loyal customer in Illinois. Thank you!"

"Excellent service, professional approach. Thank you!"

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing is EXCELLENT! Jordan worked incredibly hard, nonstop to resolve a clog and water back flow issue. He was very professional, skilled, and did an OUTSTANDING job! I called first thing in the morning and they were out here working by 9am! I am very impressed with this company and the quality of their work! Thank you so much! Lisa Guzman"

"Everything was fine. The technicians were nice and they did their job."

"Fast, efficient, and courteous. The guys came on a RFQ call, and ended up doing the work the same morning. They had the replacement pump on the truck, and installed it within 2 hours, including testing. Cleaned up after themselves. Left all the paperwork with a guarantee on the pump and their work. Very happy."

"We actually contacted another Angie's List provider who forwarded our need to Mike. He called and was able to respond immediately, corrected the problem and instructed us on ways to prevent future issues.
Mike then returned the following day to fix a homeowner caused issue.

"Kyle did an excellent job repairing and replacing the grout and caulk on our screened-in deck. He worked hard and completed his task within a very reasonable timeframe. He charged a reasonable rate and did quality work. We would not hesitate to have him do more work in the future or to recommend him to friends."

"Dale is professional, super knowledgable and honest! We have hired him twice and both times our issues were resolved. Five stars from me all around."

"He did great work. He did a very good repair, and for a reasonable price. He only wanted paid in cash. He was very responsive."
