Very quickly they identified that the bathroom GFI was wrongly wired but was ready for replacement. They immediately identified the switch controlling the outside power outlet was burned and offered alternative solutions than simply replacing it based on how we are using the outlet. Brad and Nick were extremely courteous, tidied up after themselves and explained what was going on with each issue. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
