He quoted additional work for me to do in the near future due to a nearby tree root system damaging the line. He also replaced an intake water valve on a toilet that was leaking. "I thought I might have a leak in the yard. They came the same day I called and pressure tested for a leak at no cost. Turns out I didnâ t have a leak maybe the neighbor. They also visited with my neighbor. Super nice, very efficient. Sent me a video showing the line was holding pressure. I wasnâ t home at the time the performed the test. Had them also check the sewer lines since the house is from 1959. Again I wasnâ t home and they emailed my bill at the agreed price. Also fixed a faucet in the house on a subsequent visit. They talked to me about the tankless hot water heater as I only recently purchased the home. I really appreciate the time they took explaining what they were doing. I appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services. Hope I donâ t have new issues but will be calling them if I do."

"Poor communication. Fixtures to be replaced were handheld shower heads. They asked me about what type of stopper I wanted but not shower head. Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you."

"Pipe Rite Plumbing did a great job job replacing my under sink cutoff valve and they also replaced my under sink water filtration system. They were courteous and began work on time. They reasonably priced at today’s standards and I would recommend them for a plumbing job."

"Eric was fast to contact us as soon as we got the recommendations from Angi’s. Got us scheduled with Robert (plumbing technician) to come take a look at where the leak was. Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there weee no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue.
