"It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price."

"DO NOT RECOMEND! HAD MORE TECHS OUT THAN I CAN REMEMBER, NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE. HAD ANOTHER NOISE AND IT WAS A BAD COMPRESSOR. NEW BUILD, WE MOVED IN APRIL 2024. THE PART IS COVERED, BUT NOW SINCE IT IS OUTSIDE OF BUILDER WARRANTY, WE HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $700 IN LABOR ON WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT ALL THE PREVIOUS TIMES. COMPRESSOR WAS NEVER GREASED, BONE DRY. MOST RECENT TECH IT MOST LIKELY CAME FROM THE FACTORY THAT WAY. WHY WASN'T THIS CHECKED ON ALL THE PREVIOUS CALLS?!? THE DAY OF REPAIR I WAS TOLD TO NOT PAY ANYTHING AS SHE WAS CHECKING HISTORY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK.
