"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

We doubled the size of our house including tripling the size of the kitchen, knocking out walls to create an open floor plan and added a three car garage with home office over the garage. One year later we have not had one single problem with any of the work. Total integrity. If any issue came up, the company absorbed the cost - not the customer.
