"From the minute we reached out about a roof Inspection and estimate everyone from the home genius team was incredibly polite and professional! We became so comfortable and confident with them and in just a short 24 hour turn around time we signed a contract and had our roof replaced the following day! The crew showed up at 7am and got right to work! They took the necessary steps and precautions to ensure that the roof was properly installed and to ensure all the problem areas were addressed! They came back the following day to wrap up and complete any remaining work. I highly recommend the crew that installed our roof! Angel Martinez the project manager, was very polite, responsive and any time I had a question or concern, he was able to address with me and clarify any issues I pointed out! Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."
