He said the whole installation cost would be $325, but ended up charging $395, plus another service fee of $49. He ended up giving a discount b/c my I was an Angie's List member, but the overall cost was much too high. He did not give me any prices when I called to inquire about service originally. I am very upset with the overall experience and I don't even know if a permit was bought in the first place. I will be calling to check into the status of the permit."
