"Purchased tile grout work.  Was hoping worker would find minimal damage, and could just use the time to refresh grout, but knew that was unlikely.  He let me know about areas of damage / excessive wear that I'd suspected, and he verified.  He spent most of the time working on patching those areas, then refreshed some of the more "tired" areas before leaving.  Stayed longer than the allotted time, to be sure that the most needed areas were addressed, and I was billed later for the additional time. Definitely worth it.

"Hired them to hang sheet rock for a renovation. The end result was great and the workers were nice. Only will mention that they didn't seem set up to do work in existing homes. Showed up on a wet day without any floor protection for our hardwood floors I specifically pointed out during the estimate needed to be protected. Would use them again though."

And then Lee came to do final painting touch ups and his work and his work ethic was amazing. I work in the construction industry and am very aware that most construction projects come with issues, I am happy to say this one had very few."
