"We had originally contacted this company to simply clean our chimney and to put our chimney cap back in place, since we have had birds in our chimney for two years, and we wanted to begin using our fireplace. When they came for the cleaning, they recommended that we install a cleanout door on the exterior of the chimney, so that the ash and soot would be removed through the outside. We arranged for a second appointment to have the door installed. The job and crew were professional. We are pleased with the result, and intend to hire them to restore our fireplace blower to good working order sometime in the near future."

"This is a little overdue, but wanted to thank Steve F. for coming out to repair a shingle on my roof with such short notice. In late April, we had a borderline severe storm roll through the area and when I came from work that afternoon I had noticed a couple of deadwood limbs fell on my roof and onto the ground below. A piece of the limb (and not very big at all) had punctured a shingle (top layer only) on my barely 2-yr old roof (that Fichtner also installed in 2017). The next day, Steve came out and replaced the punctured shingle very quickly. Though late, I just wanted to take the time to say thanks!
