We were able to keep the existing garage door opener - which was remounted as part of the deal. We kept the same look, didn't add windows, didn't go for a high 'R' value or other fancy touches. We got what we wanted - a new, good looking, solid door that will require almost no attention and has a excellent warranty. We also feel safer with a steel clad door. The work was done on the day scheduled in the time promised. Everything was left clean and all the old materials hauled away. We used the Fred C Johnson Co three years ago to fix the garage door opener and they did an excellent job with that so we made sure we got them back to bid on this work.
