It started out as a water tank replacement, but due to the smell of gas in front of our home when exploring a place to vent the new water tank, we had to have the gas turned off. An inconvenience in July, a real issue in the middle of January! Naz got the new lines in to our water heater and furnace right after the gas company sleeved the existing line and returned our service. He came back the following week to finish running the remaining lines for the gas dryer and stove."

"Chris was in bidding competition with others. He was awarded the project and arrived with a helper, and was on time the day agreed. The first half of the day they opened the ceiling to gain access to the leaking plumbing. The second half of the day they prepared the plumbing and installed new. They ended the day with cleaning up and left our home looking great. They replaced both the hot and cold copper lines feeding to two bathrooms on the second floor. "Diagnosed a failure of the Aquastat, which replacement was quoted as $1325. The technician was professional and competent, and said for the age of this boiler and the expense for the suggested repair, it might make sense to get a new boiler. An appointment was set up for someone else to come and quote the full replacement for comparison. I called another service company who came the same day and initially diagnosed the same problem, but made some additional checks on the furnace damper, which he found to be out of position and so the sensors weren’t activated. Once he made a manual change of the damper, he turned the electric power back on and the damper automatically turned and located to a correct position and then the boiler burners ignited and the furnace operated correctly again."
