"We were scheduled for the job to be done on Friday but he called Wednesday and said his previous job was completed early so we made plans for Thursday. They showed up on time, and got right to work. We had 2 fence panels blow down in the wind with the center post snapping off. They dug out the old post, cemented in the new post and repaired and rehung the 2 panels. The laborers who installed the fence left garbage all around our property after completing the work. After being contacted to make the final payment, William with Goodrow's reach out in response stating he would come and pick up any garbage and materials left behind by the workers. "We got a prelim quote via email for repair and replacement of some posts from our fence that were falling over. Later the estimator came out to look at the fence and added some other posts to the scope of the work because they were rotting, too. The repair was scheduled and done quickly and well. Happy the fence is all stable before the winter storms. Other fencing and handyman places we requested quotes from were either too busy to even give a quote (but were nice about it, telling me up front that they were 6-8 weeks booked already), or charging about the same price for less total posts to be fixed. The one problem we had was communication. I had to be forward about calling the estimator to get the estimate scheduled and emailed back.
