"We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays"

"Jacob was great to work with. The installation of the vinyl flooring was done professionally and in one day. We also bought and installed carpet through Zona. Great job!"

"My laminate floors were very affordable and look GREAT!!!! Everyone I came in contact with for my flooring project, Travis - Design Consultant, Bernardo - Installation Manager, Louise - Installer were all equally super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes and was a delight to work with. The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. It changed the entire look of my home. Thank You Express Flooring and all those whom I came in contact with!"

"Alexander, the owner, is incredibly reliable and always communicative. Even when the goal is to please, he’s not afraid to suggest rethinking part of your plan based on his experience—which I really appreciated. He doesn't take forever to complete a project, like other contractors I hired before. He genuinely wants to meet your expectations and often goes above and beyond. He's honest, responsible, and his prices were actually lower than I expected. Highly recommended! (His team did both of my bathrooms)"

"From the start, meet up, estimate and through the entire process, Adam Galor was hands-on and made my wife Michelle and I at ease for such a large project. Installing flooring in 6 rooms is not an easy task. It was mostly ripping up carpet but there was demo needed on tiles and some floors were cracked and others needed to be leveled so there wouldn't be any lippage. They kept me abreast and showed me everything along the way. Oliver and George were great at removing and breaking down furniture (and putting everything back) and were artists and efficient in laying down the tile. It only took them 6 days to knock out my project and it was worth it from beginning to the end. Quality of work and the price was right. But most importantly, they treated the work like they were doing their own floors and I appreciate their work ethic and willingness to do whatever we asked."

"I would recommend them for any type of building job. Never had a problem. Customer service excellent."

"I'm so glad I found this service to install my carpet in my new home. My technician was super responsive and had my carpet & lvp installed within a couple days! The color I picked was exactly what I wanted and the quality lived up to my expectations. This carpet & lvp has really transformed the entire space. The installation was neat and clean cut. I will definitely be returning for my basement! Affordable, durable and quality carpet and flooring . I would most definitely recommend!"

"Install vinyl planks. Base boards were not put back around some of the areas and looks bad. I did find one plank not completely down and can see the line and worry it will come up after time. Customer service was excellent. I thought the prices was high and I hear that alot about empire."

"We had a Master Bathroom remodeling where the slippery floor to the shower replaced and walls were taken to the top, a light above the shower installed along with a new high tech shower L was installed. A larger storage area was made and the entire sink and faucets were replaced in marble. We would recommend Bano and the crew to others."
