He and Scott showed up, listened to my story then went to work. It took no time at all for Robert to pull up what looked like a very large clump of fiber. No hint as to what that was but it's gone now and my drain is working as it should. Before they left, Robert cleaned up the gunk that inevitably spills on the work area and I think it's cleaner than when he started.
