"They are amazing to work with and do wonderful work. Any time I had questions they were extremely prompt in getting back with me. Cost was very good."

"John Barbour and his great team at EZ Sunrooms built a new screened in porch for me in March 2020. Extremely pleased with price, quality, professionalism, and dependability. Extra kiddos to Jessie Dawson(carpenter) for his perfectionism. Also thanks to Chris Roach, another fine carpenter. 10 thumbs up! Highly recommend this company!"

"I was very much impressed with the installers and their work. They left the place cleaner when the left than when they found it. They also put in a patio cover for me and they did great on that also!"

"It has been slow so far and lots of mis communication. They show up late and some days not at all. It has been very cold but there are things they could be doing. I finally let the contractor know I was disappointed and he actually came out and things are starting to go a little faster. We'll see once they are finished."

"We had Palmetto Renovations renovate or kitchen and it came out beautifully! Their 3D rendering services are great as they help to visualize the project and determine finishes. Needless to say, we have bathrooms we need updated and we will be hiring them in the coming months - project planning is already underway. As a bonus: this group takes communication serious and we never went a day with wondering what all got done or what was coming next. Give these guys a try and be amazed!"

"I will never hire anyone but David and his crew for building projects. So incredibly impressed with their attention to details, competitive pricing and ease to work with! We couldn't be more pleased with our new deck pavilion and pergola."

"We had a few days delay due to the weather but once the process started everything went great. They cleaned up everything and it was a pleasure coming home to a new roof with no mess. I would highly recommend their work to anyone. Thank you Lakeside Construction."

"I was very much impressed with the installers and their work. They left the place cleaner when the left than when they found it. They also put in a patio cover for me and they did great on that also!"

"Larry did a good job and even provided an additional service which was neither estimated nor charged for.  He is a pleasant and punctual individual.  While I answered "yes" to whether or not I'd use this company again it was due to the requirement of the response form.  I think his price may have been a bit high but his was the only estimate I had as this was somewhat of a rush job.  I'd certainly choose him again for an estimate however."

"I worked with Apex Construction for both the design and construction of my renovations project. We converted our pole building into a mother-in-law suite. It turned out even better than I expected. It can be difficult finding people whose quality and integrity you can trust at a fair price. I will definitely use Apex again and again."
