"I was in an emergent situation, inexplicably lost power after mysterious flickering and dimming for a day. PP&L wouldn't connect me with a real person and ultimately told me it'd be 3 days to check on the problem. It was 19 degrees, and I had no power. It's just me and my two daughters approaching a January weekend. I was panicked. I went on Angie's list for the very first time, saw these guys, and sent out the request hoping for the best. PPL was at my home within 2 hours... and Fused didn't charge me for the visit.
